1. Acceptance

By browsing scalecodex.vercel.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This is the institutional website of ScaleCodex. It exists to describe what we do, show the products we have built and let you get in touch.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a price quote or a commitment to deliver. Estimates, scope and deadlines only exist once they are in a written proposal signed by both sides.

3. How you may use it

You may read the site, share links to it and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. You may not:

• use the contact form for unsolicited advertising, spam or mass messaging;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its functions or its infrastructure;
• copy the site in bulk with automated tools in a way that affects its availability;
• reproduce the design, text or code of the site as your own;
• use the site for anything unlawful or that harms third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The name ScaleCodex, the logo, the text, the design and the source code of this site belong to ScaleCodex, unless stated otherwise.

Product names, brands and logos belonging to third parties — Flutter, React, Google Play, App Store and others mentioned here — are the property of their respective owners and appear only as factual reference.

Code written for a client under contract belongs to that client, under the terms of the agreement signed with them. That principle is central to how we work and is not affected by this page.

5. The contact form

When you use the contact form you agree to give accurate information and to send only messages that genuinely relate to our work.

We are under no obligation to reply to every message, and we may ignore or discard submissions that appear to be automated or abusive. The data you send is handled as described in our privacy policy.

6. Links to other sites

This site links to external services — the Google Play store listing for our apps, GitHub, LinkedIn, WhatsApp. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and policies apply once you arrive there.

7. Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every piece of information is current at every moment. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons at our hosting provider, or for causes outside our control.

We may change, move or remove any part of the site at any time.

8. Limits of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, ScaleCodex is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Code where it applies.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from them will be settled in the courts of Brasília, Federal District, unless a mandatory rule of law requires a different forum.
