Delete account and data – Mais Gestão

Language note. This document was filed with the app stores in Portuguese. The English and Spanish versions are provided for convenience — where they diverge, the Portuguese text prevails.

1. Which app this is about

This page explains how to delete your account in Mais Gestão, the expense tracking app published by Sidney Lopes Da Silva (ScaleCodex) on Google Play.

2. How to delete from the app, in four taps

This is the fastest route and does not depend on anyone replying:

• Open Mais Gestão and sign in to your account;
• tap the Profile tab;
• tap Delete account;
• confirm. Deletion is immediate and needs no approval from us.

3. How to request by email instead

We ask that the email comes from the account address precisely so we do not delete one person data at the request of another.

4. What is erased

Deletion removes the following from our servers:

• your profile: name, email, phone and date of birth;
• all of your entries: income, expenses, amounts, dates and descriptions;
• your accounts, categories, budgets, goals and recurring entries;
• the cash books that belong to you;
• the receipts you attached.

5. What remains, and why

Two honest caveats, the same ones stated in the Privacy Policy:

• entries you made in someone else shared cash book stay with the owner of that book. You lose access, but the record is theirs — erasing it would be erasing a third party data;
• infrastructure backups may hold data for a short additional period, until they are overwritten in the normal backup cycle. They are not queryable and never return to the app.

6. Before deleting: take your data with you

Deletion cannot be undone and we keep no copy to restore from. If you want to preserve your history, export it first from the Reports screen — the app generates PDF and CSV.
