Privacy Policy – Mais Gestão

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the Mais Gestão app, developed by ScaleCodex, collects, uses, stores and protects user information.

By using the app, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. About the app

Mais Gestão is a personal finance app that lets the user record income, expenses, categories, cards and accounts, and keep track of their budget.

3. Data collected

Depending on the features used, the app may collect the following data:

• Name and email address (to create the account);
• Financial data entered by the user, such as income, expenses, categories and cards;
• Technical device information, such as model, operating system and identifiers needed for the app to work;
• Authentication data needed to access the account.

The app does not collect banking data, banking passwords or credit card information for making payments.

4. How we use the data

The data is used to:

• Create and manage the user account;
• Sync information across devices;
• Display financial reports;
• Improve the performance and security of the app;
• Provide user support;
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

5. Data sharing

Personal data is not sold.

• with the cloud infrastructure providers used to operate the app;

Data remains stored while the user account is active, or for the period needed to comply with legal obligations.

After an account deletion request, data will be removed or anonymised within the reasonable period needed to process the request, except where there is a legal obligation to retain it.

The user may request deletion of the account and associated data through the app itself, or by getting in touch at the email address given below.

9. User rights

Under applicable legislation, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the user may:

• request access to their data;
• request correction of incorrect information;
• request deletion of the data;
• request data portability, where applicable;
• withdraw consent previously given.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Where the app uses analytics or authentication services, identifiers and similar technologies may be used to improve the user experience.

11. Third-party services

The app may use third-party services for authentication, data storage, notifications and crash reporting.

Those services have their own privacy policies.

12. Audience and minimum age

Mais Gestão is a personal finance app aimed at the general public: there is no minimum age to create an account and use the service.

The app shows no advertising, does no advertising profiling and collects no data beyond what is described in this Policy, whatever the age of the user.

Children and adolescents should use the app with the supervision of a guardian, who may request deletion of the account and data at any time through the routes described in the Account deletion section.

13. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at the address given on the app page on Google Play.
